that response was actually incorrect, thats how you move houses in Sims 3. i clicked the "..." button in Sims 4 and theres no option for moving to a new household. I'm still trying to figure out how to move.
Phone or household manager, depending if you want to move out the entire family or just parts.
Google for tutorials on how to split your household via household manager.
That's what you do in Sims 3. I can't figure out how to do it in Sims 4.
- The answer is click on the options menu click manage worlds click save and manage then click the town whos family you want to move is in. Click there current house there will be an option to move
- When you are in your house with your sims that you want to move go to manage world then go to just manage world's click on your house then click the three dots on the right hand side click the moving truck then you can go to the house that you want to live in
