How is this a solution if at the cemetery lot 10-14 Sims arrive and in others like bar, clubs, parks and worlds in generell are hardly any? I doubt the settings are the culprit because my settings are a maximum of 200 sims. It always has been that way. I have lifestyle unchecked and the the automatic death handling too, but that has nothing to do with the population. Also what is the reason for always seeing the same sims no matter where you go?  -  I'm on Windows 11 btw.

I play on PlayStation so it's definitely not a population mod issue for me. On my current save my sim is the last kid of 27 of her family which are all still living in Henford cause I used science babies and cake aging so I should be seeing her whole lineage around out and about. All 26 of them. They are either adults or young adults removed from her family tree because you can't have parents younger than their child thus making most of them random Townies that should fill the worlds. I used to see them everywhere but now I don't. 

Hi everyone, anyone closer to a solution or fix for this? I've done everything I can think of that I can on console and with the worlds I own to make everyone reappear but still no luck 🙄 I spent 3 hrs last night visiting lots and waiting for other sims, but it was just the usual suspects, I even went onto my sim zero file for my 26 generations which I haven't loaded since last September and even that's pretty empty as well which it shouldn't be cause every household that starts within a pack when you first play was there last time I played that file 🤨

Oh man there are only 20 in the area Didn't you understand from the pictures that the development team is the one who chose 20 Sims and it's not a mistake

I saw the picture and understand that it's 20 sims per "zone"  (aka world's) by default but there are not 20 sims in a zone anywhere I go on any of my owned pack areas and even on a brand new save In windenberg there is only maybe 3-4 sims in that world at any given time and that didn't used to be the case. Unless you're saying EA added a sneaky townie culling update to the game that knocks down the number of townie sims per individual save files that we didn't know about, I'm still trying to find a reason and solution. 

I have the exact same issue since recently. The landgraabs, fengs and goths are everywhere. And a handful of weird looking npc townies with all similar names. I dont see the sims I made and moved to unplayed households anywhere.

It is impossible to find a partner or friend for my sims. I am not even thinking about starting a legacy challenge when the game is like this.

I have no modds. Neighbourhood stories is switched off.

Hope someone comes up with the solution.
