[IL] Not getting inspired moodelet from Oceanic Paradise lot

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.75.125.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything released as of 31 May 2021
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to one of the Sulani lots with the Oceanic Paradise trait and swim in the ocean there
What happens when the bug occurs? No longer gets the inspired moodlet from swimming in the ocean
What do you expect to see? An inspired moodlet after swimming in the ocean for a while
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I have a sim living in the Sapphire Shores lot in Sulani. She swims around in the ocean daily and I used to get an inspired moodlet from doing so, but that isn't happening anymore. I thought it might be a mod I installed around the time of the update, but the same issue occurs in a new save after removing the mod.
