Is it possible for in game time to go by in real life time like every minute IRL is a minute in game or can I do every minute IRL 5 minutes in game. I don't play yet but can y'all tell me please 😭🥺...

No, I think the slowest speed is roughly 1 real second = 1 game minute.
Edit: And pregnancy is 3 in game days.
