Infant bug with - being overly handed off

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have two young adult or older sims in a household with an infant. my sims are married.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim will pick up the infant and loop into handing the infant off to the other adult sims in the household, including waking them up from sleep to do so.
What do you expect to see? Expect to see the infant being handed off between adult sims cancelling all other interactions, even if they are queued up first (ie try to feed the infant, but then they just hand the infant off instead).

Please describe the patch or change you made. Its been since life and death updates have come out but its also been a while since I've played so I am unsure.
Hello. I have been having an issue with infants being incessantly handed off to sims in a household (I have growing together). Its to the point one sims will go to bed in the household and the other will wake the other up to hand off the infant. Basically frequently when a sim picks up an infant it will cancel out the queue of interactions (especially trying to put the infant in the crib) and they will hand the infant off and sometimes they just hand it back and forth to each other in the household.
