Issues with my CAS?

Hi there,

I have recently discovered an issue with my sims, could anyone help me please?

So my sim in the picture, recently aged up and she had this issue that I can't seem to get rid of. All my sims have been fine and has not had this issue when aging up.

I do have the MCCommandCentre and UI cheats mod installed and a few build mode CC items (all up to date). I have also took them out my mod folder, disabled them and the issue doesn't seem to budge. I have tried going off my game, going back on my game but nothing seems to work. 

I do not have any CAS CC in my game. I have only witnessed this issue when CAS CC doesn't work. 

Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be?

If you can help, it would be highly appreciated 🙂

    @kxykxy15 , when you removed your Mods and CC to test, did you also delete your localthumbcache.package file ?  If you haven't , then you will need to do that since bits of corrupted data can remain in this file and will cause problems 😞 , even if you update your Mods/CC or delete all Mods/CC that couldn't be updated. This should be done each time you delete old Mod or CC or replace them with upgraded versions! 🤨

    The localthumbcache.package file can be found in your game folder ( Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4) . 

    Please update us after you have tried this! 😇

    @PugLove888 I didn't when I removed them to test. But I just deleted it now and tried my game but it still doesn't work ☹️

    @kxykxy15 , it does look like a CC issue.  🤔 
    Does anything change if you change the skin tone?  If it doesn't , what about when your change the hair colors or even hair styles?  You can also try different clothes.

    @PugLove888No nothing changes when I change the skin tone or the hair colour or hair style. I've tried changing the body type, everything in CAS. Nothing seems to help.

    It also seems to be just that the sim. I tried adding another sim to the household and they do not have the same issue.

    @kxykxy15 Adding on to the last comment ^
    I went into CAS and clicked on the different ages - the child and toddler does not have the issue but the teen, young adult, adult and elder has the same issue.

    @kxykxy15in addition to the remarks of @PugLove888, did you try a repair of your game in Origin? To do so. go to the game library in Origin then rightclick op the Sims 4 tile and choose the option repair. It might take a while before you can play again. That depends on the amount of DLC you have. I hope this will work out for you. Please let us know.

    @kxykxy15 Just tried repairing my game. Nothing was found, tried my game and my sim still has the issue.

    Please try these steps. Specially let the game create a new sims 4 folder.

    But before you do this. Save your Sim with this problem in your gallery. Now let the game createt a new folder. Go to your backup folder (if you don’t save your sim online) and copy your tray folder in the new folder. Create a new game and import your Sims from the gallery. Your Sim works now? Greate!

    Now drag your sims4 save from the backup folder back and show if the sim still works. If it does your sim are saved when not, you have a corrupt sim (yes, this is possible; special with mods but is exceedingly rare)

    @kxykxy15 I also would suggest saving and uploading your Sim to the gallery like @daikoyu did and if you like I could test your Sim in CAS and in my game for you. 

    If you would like that then please also report the name of your Sim here so I will be able to find it in the gallery.
