Hi EA_Solaire, this happened to me too. I purchased Businesses & Hobbies from CD Keys, I have installed it using the key code, and the pre-order content isn't there. Can you help me with this issue too, please? Thanks!

For purchases from third-party retailers, you'll need to contact the seller directly if you've not received the extra content.
