Missing pre-order bonus for a few packs

Hi  I've just noticed that I'm missing the pre-order bonus on some of the recent packs, however I bought them before release.  I also redeemed the pre-order bonus and recall having them in the past...

Hi EA_Solaire - I bought it from Instant Gaming. It did include a 2nd pre-order bonus specific key, which the EA app said it was redeemed.

    If that content isn't working for you, you'll need to contact the retailer for a replacement code or a refund.
