Missing pre-order bonus for a few packs

Hi  I've just noticed that I'm missing the pre-order bonus on some of the recent packs, however I bought them before release.  I also redeemed the pre-order bonus and recall having them in the past...

You would have needed to purchase before the 18th to receive the content, so it does sound like you missed the cutoff time.

That's incorrect, when it says "available until April 18th", it includes that day until midnight.
