Did you get a chance to test on vanilla now and still have issues ?
I tried again and I keep getting this popup when I try to load the household without my mods enabled.
I also found these in my sims 4 folder.
The 111 is usually a plate from a food object you removed leftover on the lot. Try entering the lot in build mode from the map and delete any plates you have.
