My Sim is Tense while having full nessd and a happy moodlet

im playin and using the Home chef hustle selling table and it starteed with her just being to tense to start a food sale even though she was happy, then she couldnt do anthing at all because the game thought she was tense. It temperally resolved when i restart the game but it happends if i want to do another food sale.
