My sim reversed her own life?

Basically my sim had a bad divorce with her husband ages ago in my save file, so long ago that her child aged from toddler all the way to young adult and completed university. In this time my sim started a new romantic relationship and got engaged. After this I moved her daughter out and continued playing with the daughter’s household until I notice a change with my original sim in manage households. My sim left her new fiancé and moved in with her ex husband and when I loaded their household their romance and friendship bars were 100% whereas before they were both around -80%. However her relationship with her new fiancé is still there too unaffected. I do not have any neighbourhood stories on and my MCCC is set to not interfere with any relationships in any way. Additionally, when I loaded the new household all my sims milestones have disappeared completely. Would there be a specific reason this happened?

    do you have a backup from before this happened ? Since you had mods in, it's a bit hard to tell what happened and if there's a game bug or not.

    Easiest would be to load a backup from before it happend and try if it happens again with no mods/cc installed.
