My sims 4 won’t interact or move, just stands in place.

This feels like something better suited to being posted on Reddit as it's a super niche problem.  This has nothing to do with EA and more with what you've added to your game.  Your best bet is saving your household and starting a new game with them so you don't lose all of your skill progress, but without mods.  If the game behaves normally then you know it's an issue with your custom content.  I'd also recommend using Sims Mod Manager if you aren't.
