My whole game progress got deleted after the latest update
Hello,
on 29th July I updated my game. It opened and I found the homepage completely blank with no progress a no played families, it was like I turned it on for the first time. In other words all the work I've done in 177 hours I played the Sims 4 was gone. Everything I had saved in my gallery was also gone including the stuff from the other creators I liked.
My whole game progress got deleted! i ask you to look into it and hopefully bring my whole progress back because I've spent 177 hours on some truly amazing builds I would not like to lose. I don't really care about the progress i made in the game with my families since I lost interest in this part of the game but I want my builds back!
All the custome content I added to my game was deleted as well and I couldn't find them even when i put them out of the file they should be at and then them back in.
Thank you in advance for looking into my problem. I truly hope you can bring my progress back to my game.

are you on PC or Mac ?
Sounds like the game is using another folder which is usually the case if the game switches from using local files to oneDrive/icloud.
