Mystery box does not show up nor do any of my bonus items that I should have.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? click on the grocery store it just does not come up same if you click on the garden store.
What happens when the bug occurs? It just does not come up as if it was never there. Even though I know it should be there as I have watched others play the game on youtube and have seen them buy the mystery box.
What do you expect to see? I would like to see this mystery box and buy it and I would also like to see the bonus items that I should have as well.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

When ever I go to buy it from the store in the new world Henford-on-Bagley from the grocery store it never comes up even on fair days. Unsure if this is a bug or if ea has removed it. also I bought the game way before the 2nd of September and haver not found the bonus items that are said to have come with the pack.
- @Melodyroseblack you need to have completed at least a few errands for either Kim Goldbloom, Agatha Crumplebottom or Agnes Crumplebottom for them to offer the option to buy a mystery box.
