Names Not Loading From Gallery

Just wondering if anyone else has been having issues with names not loading into CAS when I download households from the gallery. The only thing I've found about this issue was solved by not playing with cas.fulledmitmode, but I haven't played with that on and it continues. When names do load they're completely messed up. For example if I placed a new household in the Pancakes household the new household will all be named Bob Pancakes. It would give my sims all Bob Pancake's traits and the female sims become male sims (and vise versa). I've tried Better Exceptions but I don't have any mods (that I or Better Exceptions knows of) that would cause this issue. I can edit names with MCC but they never save even if I save the game.
