need help! my game wont let me play offline anymore :/

i just tried to load my game after playing, it crashed so i tried restarting it up after downloading some new cc, but it wouldn’t start offline for me. i have to play offline so i have to load the DL...

haven’t been able to play at all :( my game wont let me play for some reason. ea won’t let me play offline anymore. been almost 3 days now but if i was playing, i’d be playing as my sim self & her husband. their baby is a new infant. i miss them so much, i just gave them a much-needed makeover & was going to give their house a renovation as well :(
