need help! my game wont let me play offline anymore :/

i just tried to load my game after playing, it crashed so i tried restarting it up after downloading some new cc, but it wouldn’t start offline for me. i have to play offline so i have to load the DL...

If you have purchased the game and other DLCs from trusted retailers or from the EA app directly we'll be happy to assist, but we will not be able to offer solutions for pirated games.
