Not able to upload creations to gallery ever since July 2024 update

I removed my mods folder and started a new game after I repaired it, but it's still just freezing every time I try to upload a creation to the gallery, no matter if it's a big build or not. It just g...

Whenever I click the "add to gallery" button, it just loads endlessly rather than actually uploading it to my gallery. I'm using a Mac laptop and am not sure what I can do to fix this.

Hi @haileywilkins , if this is still happening can you follow those steps to start with a clean game and see if you're able to add builds or sims to the Gallery https://answers.ea.com/t5/Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting/m-p/4612394#M163 ?
