Not Learning SE Recipes - Design or Bug?
Hi again 🙂 My sim can't learn any recipes from SE food stalls. Anyone know if this is by design or a bug? It's weird and a shame if this is by design. The some of the recipes pop up on their own on leveling cooking, some never appear. There has beenn no notification that my sim learned a new recipe.

Actually, I think that the sims do learn the recipes but you just don't get a pop up like you do for those in City Living or Jungle Adventure. Otherwise they appear to work the same way as the City Living and recipes from other packs like Cats and Dogs (Haddock fish sandwich). The sim eats something from a stall and then when you have that sim cook something, it shows up in the choices on the cooking menu for that sim. Same thing happens with the Dine Out experimental recipes too. So what I do is have each sim in a household eat something different and then when they get back home, have them cook the dishes and have all the sims in the household eat them so they all learn the recipe.
