Off-The-Grid: Proposal for Internet and 'battery' operated devices/Aux Power

For Off the Grid living, I think it would be pretty neat to have devices with 'batteries' discharge at some rate on lots with Off-The-Grid trait. Devices like Sims Phone, Laptops, Tablets, ETC... Als...

@crazyfart111 I agree 100% that making use of the 'solar energy' concept (heck, there are useless/decorative solar panels already in debug!); bio-energy from garbage/plants/dog poop would make so much sense with the features already in the game; and generators or other manners of purchasing energy for limited/specific use would be an awesome addition to the 'off the grid' feature. I know it would make playing off the grid much more attractive to me, for one! I 'me too' and 'XP' this recommendation! 🙌
