My wife is on a Mac and she clicked on the deselect all button and it just open her game. Now we can get the packs back. How do we fix this?

Please can you confirm whether you meant to write "Now we cannot get the packs back"?

Did you make sure you hadn't loaded any saves? It's really important you don't have saves loaded to avoid corruption. Did you not see these warning messages?
