Sorry I didn’t follow her earlier. thank you very much for the suggestion. I’ve already resolved this case. However, I would like to report the issue so that the game team is aware of it and can work on a fix in the future.

How did you resolve it? It benefits others if you state what fixed it for you so they can try. It also helps EA narrow it down if it is indeed a bug of some sort. No one has yet to provide all the information Cade asked for in his opening post, this is always invaluable when trying to narrow down the cause of a problem.
