I've added this to the above post as well: If you are seeing the error message "Game data is still loading, please wait…" you can resolve this by closing The Sims 4, then deleting the usersettings.ini file from The Sims 4 install folder (default directory is C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4) and running a repair.

If we are playing on console (such as PS5), is there a fix in place if we receive this error since we cannot follow the steps for PC/MAC players? Thanks!

Have you run into this issue on console or was this a hypothetical?
We've only seen reports on PC so far, but if you're seeing it on console I'll flag it to the team ASAP!
Oh, that is good to know! I haven't experienced a problem but have been afraid to try this feature after hearing others coming across this. I was trying to be proactive to find out a solution, should I experience the problem. That is good to hear that this has not been reported on console so far. Thanks!!
