So obviously this would be a question for customer support, but apparently ea doesn’t even have a customer support option, which is frankly really out of integrity . Like, wow. Kind of makes me think twice about my relationship with them.
Does anyone know if this is a fixable issue? I’m on ps4 and would really like to actually buy the packs that are being advertised at 50% off on the Home Screen at 50% off.
@DystopianViolet Hello! That is terribly frustrating! I just checked from my PS4. My menu doesn't show Get Together is on sale right now. Do you mind shutting down your system for a minute, then power back on and check the sales again? I don't know why it would show up for you but not for me. Also, the ones that I see listed as 50% off do show the discount in the store. Aside from Get Together, what other packs are displaying the 50% logo? Here is what I'm seeing for the EPs.
Yeah I guess the page hadn’t updated properly, you’re right. Guess I missed out on those sales, whenever they were. Thanks for looking into it.

@DystopianViolet I just noticed there's another sale going on right now. The Playstation store has a bunch of EPs at 60% off, including Get Together. Quote from the store, "This price is only available until 12/03/2024."
