parenthood issue with July 24th update ?

with this recent update I tried playing my game with my two teens and the UI for the traits, milestones, and behaviors are completely broken. when I try and click on it, all but my manage worlds and need UI will work and I have to restart my game. ending up with the same result. I play on PS4 pro. barely having any other games on it, not even having half the packs. this update destroyed my game so I literally can't play with all my current households.
