Plan Custom Wedding Event (No available guests)

Playing on PC, Windows 11 (latest update), all drivers updated.

Installed game language; English and it is set to AutoUpdate (so it is latest patch).

I do use mods and CC but I have already tried without them.

When sellecting Plan Custom Wedding Event the only guests that show up are the groom and bride. They know a lot of other Sims but they never show up.

They did however show up when choosing to just Plan Wedding Event. But I want to do the one where I choose what activities to do during the event.

Since I could not do this and I needed the Sims to be married for the Storyline I used the Plan Wedding Event. 

I have tried to repair the game, remove mods, new save, clear cache, restart game (several times) and restarted my PC.

I looked arount the forum but cannot find any others with the same issue. Please help!
