I'm currently unable to launch The Sims 4. When I open the EA app, I'm prompted to accept the user agreements and update my game. I've accepted the agreements and "updated my game" many times and the game still won't launch. It continuously tells me I need to update the game. I last played on July 24. I've tried restarting the app, relogging in, restarting my computer, and completely removing my mods folder. I'm completely at a loss for how to launch my game.
9acadeb8746b2166 anni_sharky Try repairing the game instead, under Sims 4 > Manage. If that doesn't help, clear the EA App's cache and try again.
