Re: Can you make sims have a 3rd person control option?

I think they have the financial support to add this feature 😆. I also want a 3rd person over the shoulder control system in the sims 4. The sims is a very old game and the controls haven’t changed since the original release of Sims 1. I believe it makes the entire game feel very dated. Especially on consoles. This game needs to feel modern like many other sim based games. Especially when it comes to cooking and farming; even Zelda Breath of the wild has a more in depth cooking system, and that’s not even a life sim game. I just think EA should really consider changing how we can play the sims. As for effecting the stories, I would argue that this would help players have a more immersive experience when trying to talk to the NPC’s. If you play other games you know how easy it is to add dialogue trees (Mass Effect does this well, and dating sims are a great example) I hope they consider these options. I also wish I could work with the Sims team, because I have so many ideas. A boy can only dream.
