Cannot find my lot on my gallery
I recently had to hard reset my PC, and in order to preserve a lot I'd built, I uploaded it to my gallery, as I read that it would still be there when I signed into my account, like my purchased pack...

You may be able to restore a save file (depends) 🙂
To recover a past save:
Launch The Sims 4 and choose Load Game.
Select Recover Save (floppy disk icon).
Choose the save point you want to open by clicking Recover.
Click Yes (checkmark icon) to confirm your choice.
