How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.107.151.1020 DX9
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Varied (I don't own everything but probably about half: mostly big expansions and game packs, only some kits)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I suspect this might have something to do with how late I claimed the items of the week before: There were 2 items in week 2 so I logged in and claimed those on Saturday and Sunday. Maybe this is why the clock keeps getting refreshed every day like the 3rd week has not even started?
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to claim daily rewards for week 3 of the Login Event in Sims 4. I have tried restarting, logging out, and contacting live chat but nothing works. The date for the reward to be available for claiming keeps being pushed to the next day without actually being unlocked for the next day. It keeps saying this message: "Next event reward available *insert tmr date* at 4 AM" every day since Monday.
What do you expect to see? To be able to claim my rewards during the time frame that they are supposed to be available.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure 

The Login Event's rewards in the past two weeks were all available but I couldn't claim the ones for this 3rd week for some reason. It keeps saying that the item will be available after 4 am of the next day but when I open the game the next day, it will show the day after's date, instead. I thought I was tripping, but it has been doing this since the beginning of the week. After contacting Live Chat, I was told that they needed to report this as a bug and discuss more with their team. I was also encouraged to make this post while they working on a new patch. In short, Idk what to do at the moment but keep trying to log in daily to see if it kicks in somehow and to wait and see if anyone else has this same problem. My game is always updated as it won't let me open anyway otherwise.
