@SimsCurrant Have you tried fixing them in CAS in their little customisation panel in the top left hand corner, or by taking them to the vet to be neutered. I find CAS quicker personally.
I've never seen this happen though, I didn't think it was possible. Not absolutely sure it should be happening in your game, sounds like a bug but I could be wrong. Maybe it's mod related but I've never used them so I don't know. Anyway, fixing the pets should fix the problem 😾.
If you still want them to have kittens you could still do it through Manage Households, unfix them in CAS then use play with genetics to create a little fur baby and then fix the parent again before leaving CAS...ouch (my cat is literally glaring at me as I'm typing!)
