I got the image of the error code, I even restarted the game it didn't work also I restarted my pc and it didn't work.

@Bigbad323 Are you using mods/cc ?
I am using mods
- @Bigbad323 Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.
