@simsplayer818 I turned them off and deleted localthumbs to see if there's a change but no luck.
@Aceeee82 Try moving your mods folder out to your desktop, sometimes turning them off in your game options doesn't fully remove the effect of the mods. Depending on what mods you use, you should also check your saves folder to see if there are any mod settings files there.

I'm pretty sure its a gameplay related issue and not a mod related bug (That's why I posted here and not on the bug forum).
Something those sims did/have. I tried checking all their traits and fashion likes (they have none) with no luck.
We need to get creative. I solved a problem before by checking traits its always useful.
I've only been playing for several months so I'm not familiar with all game features and quirks...
Any help would be very much appreciated.
@Aceeee82 Do you use MCCC? If so, what happens when you use MCCC to change their outfit (the option is on the sim, I believe under MC Dresser, though I'm not currently in my game right now).

@MapleSimmer it changes the outfit as it should. The outfit with the hat is not listed.
