Reaper HeadQuarters Missing!
My sim started the reaper career, showed up for her first day of work, HQ is missing! It's just an empty lot.
I exited without saving, ran repair, tried again, still missing. I don't use any mods, and I play on a Mac.

Have you had any other sims in your game do that career? Try testing with having another sim from another household join the reaper career and see if the same issue occurs.
I ended up having to start a new game. Entire sections of various worlds were missing. And even in a new game, I've already found paintings are blank. Definitely an update issue.
