Reaper's Rewards event quests not showing up

Question

Hello. Ever since the Reaper's Rewards event first launched, they have not shown up correctly. The UI is there but no text visible. The info window looks normal, it's just the quests that are not showing up. Issue isn't mods related as I launched my game and started a new vanilla save to test it.

This is a known issue. You can find the main bug report at EA Answers, using the link below, and crinrict has provided a solution, which should be on page 1. Be sure to add a Me Too while you're there. Good luck and hope you enjoy the event.
