Receiving Career Error Mode 102, No Mods

Recently started my game and makes it unplayable. I do not have mods yet I receive an error for a career mod after letting my Sim travel to a new location. I tried repairing the game, moving them to a new lot, and nothing worked. Not sure why this would happen.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
    • Any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
    • What's the full error code you're getting ?
