Relationships disappear

Relationships disappear even reach milestones. For example, in a divorce or breakup, my sims forget about each other. It would be great in real life and it bothers me here. Just like with children, when I change active play, their milestones disappear. This has happened in the past, but the update fixed it. It's happening again after the last update. It's very frustrating when you look forward to a new update and get the same errors again.
