I have a retail store. Have advertisement and signs and decoration. Never used to be a problem and recently, I get the 1 or 2 sale and then no one will buy anything. I will do all the Interactions with a sim and then all of a sudden it will cancel and they just leave. I had a sim say they are ready to purchase. I go to do the action then they just leave. Is this a known bug? Is there something I can do to fix it. I am just losing money.

can't think of a current bug. Did you add anything to the lot when you started having issues ? Any lice cold freezer (that one has been giving issues in the past) ?
Hi, no I don’t believe so. I do not have the freezer in this build. It’s strange as it was doing it before the newest update, then after the update I had one time where it was working fine. I also sold it and re-bought it and it worked, now is not working again.

It’s not a solution. It is still not working. I worked for a little bit, but not sure if this was from the update or re-buying the store. But does not work again.
Did you build the retail store yourself or download it from the Gallery?

I originally downloaded it from the gallery but have then edited it myself and changed a lot of it?
No I haven’t got another sim with a retail store. Shall I try this? Just wondering what the bug could be to not let it do it to another
