Royalty and legacy coronation crown stuck

After my sim was promoted through the coronation the crown was stuck on her head. I went into CAS but it didn’t show as being on her. I tried exiting but I had already saved after the coronation so that didn’t do much. I reset her several times and reloaded her on a different lot. I tried the shower trick and it’s still on her head. Does anyone know of something else I haven’t tried? Or have you had it happen and been able to fix it?
