Sad debuff for Photographer freelancer

So this one is minor, but seems to happen almost all the time. Sim in the Freelancer job and doing Photography. Submitting the Clients approved photo always seems to end with a 4 hour Sad debuff with it saying "sometimes things don't turn out the way you hoped" yet the popup is like "within 24 hours, this photo gets 1 million views and everyone loves it." 

So general inconsistencies between the sad debuff but the positive pop up message.
