Save corrupted AGAIN

I had a save for years. Always saved it at the start of the month in a new slot. Last year it became corrupt and crashed all the time. So I created a new save, imported my sims and it was good for awhile. Then it broke again. So I created another new save, imported my sims again and a few days ago it started to show signs of corruption again.

One household didnt load properly. The portraits were gone, half the UI missing, buttons not responding. So I removed that household.

My currently most active household remains fine. But another started to glitch. I visited it from the first household, left to the world screen, switched to the second household and portraits of three of the four sims in the household were missing, UI didnt respond except for two buttons, manage world screen turned off the light except for the UI panels and the UI became unresponsive. But I still could open the pie menu.

Copilot was able to decipher the lastexeption file but Im not sure how reliable that is. It says its "UI controller + world‑transition corruption, which lives in the save’s global data, not in any household".

Is there any way to reset that or force the game to rebuild it? Anything but starting a new save again.
