Screenshot names: option to change automatic names?

Heyhey, 

I was wondering if there is any way to change how the screenshots are being named? For me, they are saved in dd/mm/yy format (plus additional numbers, wondering if they are in-game dates?)

I'd prefer if the order was yy/mm/dd so that screenshots would always be shown chronologically in my folders. I know I can sort screenshots by date modified on the explorer, but it's always an extra step because so I was just wondering if I can change this somehow myself. 

An additional suggestion would be if screenshots could automatically include a world tag, either at the beginning or at the end? It's a minor thing but it would help looking through the right pictures.
