Thank you for your help. I have updated my settings so the game doesn't update automatically, but the EA app still forces me to update the game. Even if I am logged out, the moment that I go online on my laptop, the EA app pops up with an error message telling me that my game needs to be updated and then I am no longer able to access the game until I update. I miss the Origin app days when everything worked the way it was supposed to.
There are mandatory updates from time to time. What version are you currently at ?
