I had my sim marry another student on campus and moved them in together after the graduated. And when I looked through my new sim's inventory and the household inventory, I couldn't find her diploma or her grad pic anywhere. And when I look for a job, they're all just entry level jobs. It says she graduated and that there's no more terms to attend. Not really sure what to do in this case? Is this a bug and what can I do to resolve this issue?

Were you controlling the "new Sim" while they attended University and/ or before graduation?
If not that could be the reason for the diploma and picture to be missing.
The message graduated and that there's no more terms to attend will show for several hours after graduation.
Their degree shows up in the Simology panel which should trigger the jobs specific to that degree to show up as careers options.
You might have to wait a couple of days for the game to grant credit.
