Playing on PS5 with all updates.
My young adult Sim is not ageing up after blowing out the candles on her birthday cake.
I've tried different options e.g blowing out candles, make a wish etc.
She gets the "Birthday (from birthday party)" moodlet, but doesn't actually age up at all.
Obviously I can't cheat it with mods as I'm on PS5
DonnaSSBK You can cheat the age up on the consoles in this case I believe. Although, it might cause you to lose further achievements for the save. To age the sim, open the cheat window at a map screen and use the cas.fulleditmode cheat, then take the sim to CAS from Manage Households. You should be able to change the sim's age to adult(or whatever age you want) at that point on the upper left. Once you've got the age changed, just exit CAS.
This works both ways, aging up or down. However, if you age a sim down that has 1 or more Discovery traits, you need to randomize the traits first, so the sim has only the base 3 traits first before aging down.
