SIms 4 Business & Hobbies Customer Sims Won't Leave / Enter Residential Area

I thought I was the only one experiencing this. Usually,I travel out, stay in said area for a bit, and but the time I come back the sims are outside my place, leaving. Hopefully, that works. HAPPY SIMMING!
