Sims 4 unfurnished apartment
So I entered the penthouse apartment in build mode and it was unfurnished but previously going into the apartment it was furnished, when I entered penthouse unfurnished for some reason I saved change...

@NuMM_SayiNN Unfortunately you deleted your saved games if else you could have restored an automatic saved game. This can always be done when you think you have made a mistake by saving a game and/or closing while saving.
When you click the green coloured option in the red outlined square it will lead you to the option of playing one of five automatically saved part of the game you played. Look for a save in there that was known to be okay. Note: after those options to restore, there are no options left. You will have to play for a while and made saves to regain these automatic saves.
I think you should try to make a new game or restore the apartment building from your library or the gallery.
