Sims can't turn into fairies in Enchanted by Nature

Is the sim an alien or half alien? Can your other sims that are humans become a fairy? 

My sim is human not an alien and I can't become a fairy 

Do you have the fairy seedling in the personal inventory of your sim? Try clicking on the ground or planter box with the fairy seedling in the sim’s inventory, and see if the option to plant the fairy seedling then appears and is able to be clicked.

Everytime she has the fairy seedling in her inventory and I put the fairy seedling on the ground the button to become a fairy do absolutely nothing

Are you clicking on the ground whilst the seedling is still in her inventory? Try not putting the seedling on the ground. Just click the ground with the seeding still in her inventory and see if the option appears to plant it.

So when the fairy seedlings on the ground I have options to become a fairy and second  to put fairy seedling back in inventory and the become a fairy do nothing 

This is the one I'm talking about my sim can't plant the fairy seedling please help me anyway you can thank 

Shadowfox54213​ You’re not supposed to put the seed on the ground. It needs to still be in your sim’s personal inventory. Then, while it is still in inventory, click on the ground.
