Sims not aging up

Since the most recent update i’ve noticed my sims aren’t aging at all. The age progression bar doesn’t move and when i hover over it it doesn’t say “Age up in…” like it normally does. I go to the calendar and it doesn’t have any birthdays on it like it’s supposed to.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
    • Did you double check if aging is turned on in the game options ?

    hi!

    i have been having the same problem. i don't use any mods/cc, play on PC, and have all aging settings turned on.

    I have a few sims in my current game that I picked up from the gallery, and they seem to get stuck on young adult. I can see them age up to elder in game and the next time I log in, they're young adults again. Seems like there is some kind of bug acting like a hidden trait. This game is so broken, it's so tiring. I just delete the offending sim and move on, I can't be bothered. No mods, PS5 player.
